Welcome!

My goal is to help you obtain an optimal state of health, happiness and well-being.  While under my care, you will be treated as a unique individual, with a treatment plan that is individualized to address your specific concerns. I believe that both Western and Chinese medicine should be used together and I incorporate the strengths of both of these medical systems into my practice. I value integrity, ethical patient care and clinical excellence. I utilize a holistic approach and I believe in the importance of balance between work, rest and leisure activities in maintaining wellness.

I am a Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist, Reiki Master/Teacher and Registered Occupational Therapist with thirteen years of Western medical experience. I hold a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. My undergraduate studies at Worcester State College were followed by graduate studies at The New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, Massachusetts. I am also certified in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, which can improve your appearance, self-esteem and your physical health. I am licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

I have provided information here on my site about what to expect during your acupuncture treatment, research and efficacy, conditions that are commonly treated with Oriental medicine and other frequently asked questions.  You will also find some articles that I have written.
